I am using microdialysis technique to study catecholamines in brain.
Some problems come with me. If I want to get good resolution in HPLC
chromatogram, I must run it longer time to fully seperate every components.
It need following dialysate samples to wait and be stored in low
temperature. Does somebody know how to store the sample without decay of
catecholamine and how long the sample can be stored?
