Do serotonergic neurons produce quinolinic acid?

I've read in a book that mentioned that quinolinic acid in CND is mainly
produced by astrocytes.
I'm wondering if serotonergic neurons also produce this substance using
tryptophan. Your input
is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
