Does anyone out there know, either through personal experience or
knowledge of published literaturee, whether or not any of the following
are possibilities:

1) Oxidation of the reduced metabolite of ketanserin, ketanserin-ol, back
into the parent ketanserin in brain tissue.

2) hydroxylation of ketanserin in brain tissue to 6-OH-ketanserin

3) Blood-brain passage of 6-OH-ketanserin from periphery

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
