Hi Berend, it sounds like you are just kicking off an interesting piece of work.
Is there any chance of you posting a summary of responses on the board as
this area has been a great talking point at my place & I'd like to get some
input about       Safety issues
                Advantages and drawbacks
                Relevant literature
& also what is best: liposomes Vs adenovirus
from the informal chat  there seems to be a big problem with the
immunogenicity of the virus shell on repeat treatment , leading to liver
scarring & ultimately dysfunction ( so if the therapy is to work, it has to
work first time). I don't know of any work that identifies the major
antigens responsible for the effect though.
A lit. search using Alexander IA as an author may turn up some goodies.
so how about a summary post?
