Flying w/Neuro disorders

Can cabin pressure or other issues from flying affect ones neurological
status when already altered. Specifically, generalized encephalopathy,
Lennox-Gaustaut syndrome and associated mental retardation.

After flying with my daughter twice, first time seemingly provoking a
seizure that evening and this time sending her into oblivion with an
unusual outburst of behavior oriented opposition and generally out of
control (during the final approach).

Insight appreciated.
