brain radio emission and neural networks

As I have pointed out earlier (in a direct email to the one having posted that
question) it is very likely that the brain emits a broad spectrum of
frequencies wether it is telepathic or not. (There is no doubt that is
does produce EM-waves as any electrical current does)

There might be a mechanism synchronizing all these frequencies which should
be explainable by certain capabilities of neural networks. So far not much
attention has been paid by the newsgroup to the signal/noise-ratio. To
efficiently work as a transmitter the information has to be coded in a highly
efficient/redundant way. Neural networks should have such capabilities in my
opinion. This is of course a hypothesis of mine and I would be happy if others
with a sound understanding of the physics of EM-waves and neural networks
could respond.
