It may be that your body has some deficiency in adenosine (due to some
genetic factor?), the precursor to adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP). This
would explain the effectiveness of taking adenisine orally (giving your
body a source of the precursor) and the uneefectiveness of the other
tried treatments (you cant accelerate ATP synthesis if there is no
precursor).
