Hello..

I am searching for a institute or a company who is able to make
microelectrodes for me.
The microelectrodes consist of glass, indium-tin-oxide (ITO) and silicon
nitride.
ITO should be deposited on glass plates (0.17mm thick). Flat wires etched
out of the ITO-layer should be then isolated with the silicon nitride.
Finally small holes should be etched through the silicon nitride. The
smallest holes are about 2 µm.
There is the possibility to buy glass with ITO, but I would prefer if they
deposit the ITO.
I need in the beginning 30 -100 electrodes.

Who can do something like this or knows somebody who can do this ???

Who is also interested in such electrodes, they would be probably cheaper
if larger amounts are ordered ???
