I am currently working on the modulation of the synaptic response by
noradrenaline in the SNC.
I would like to know if somebody has used clonidine
in brain slices. If so, at what concentrations etc...
Also does anybody know why the alpha-antagonists seem to be more effective
than the agonists. In a lot of papers, noradrenaline effect is blocked by
alpha or beta antagonists while the agonists are not effective.
