I'm looking for any information on manganese poisoning, a disease that
affects the nervous system. Any databases, articles, latest research,
people currently doing research on it, etc.
One of the women that swims where I lifeguard says she is the only woman
diagnosed with manganese poisoning, miners usually got it after 6 months
working. She was finally diagnosed last year after 10 yrs of not knowing
what her problem was. She also said the toxicologists were working 10 yrs
behind and would appreciate any current information that might help her
cope with the poisoning.
