There was an article published in Science a few years back on the study of
twins (U. of Minnesota) that addressed the Nature v. Nurture argument. 
Through some convoluted calculations, they determined that Nurture
contributes approx. 70% to one's personality/peccadillos/habits and Nature
got the rest.
