We were able to get a good deal on used equipment for histology from:
Phoenix Equipment, Inc.
100 Fernwood Ave.
Rochester, NY 14621
Phone:(716) 266-5550
FAX: (716) 266-1598
Their inventory changes as they obtain and recondition equipment
of all sorts. Call or fax to get their current list. Example:
we got a rather old, but reconditioned,Lab-Tec cryostat with
blade and newly manufactured anti-roll plate and limited warantee
for $1000. Not too bad.
Good luck,
Tim
