I have recently aquired a hippocampally-derived neuroblastoma cell line
which has, by binding analysis, type II glucocorticoid receptors.
Because of the tumor nature of the cells, I am not sure if the receptors,
however, are functional.
Would anybody know of a simple assay to test the functionality of neuronal
glucocorticoid receptors that I could use?
