Question: What is the goal?
Regarding the issue of a mind-computer interface, several
questions come to mind. Perhaps the most relevant question is,
"What are the the goals of building such an interface?" If we're
going to build it, what should it do?
Neural prosthetics? Replacements? Enhancements? Peripherals?
Why?
