thanks for that reply and the program suggestion. I will test it and let
you know whether it is helpful.
In the meantime I found another solution. In the statistical program R
exists a package called "grofit". If someone is familiar with R (or
knows somebody who could help) it should be easy to use (although there
are some unfortune things in the program) and definitely worth a try.
