[Microbiology] program for microbial growth curves

Dear microbiologists,

I need a program which (automatically) analysis microbial growth curves
- does anyone have a clue if something like this exists and if so where
I can get it from??
The idea is that I measure microbial growth (of course different strains
and different media in replicates) as OD over 24h (or even longer) in
certain intervals (ideally every 5 minutes). With this large data set I
would need an automated analysis tool which I just feed with the OD
values (copy paste from excel) and that then can tell me the maximum
growth rate (µmax), the times of log and lag phase, and the carrying
capacity. Indeed, this can all be done by hand and isn't that difficult
but it takes quite some time (especially if you compare several set-ups)
and I would like to have it standardised for later statistical analysis.

Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks a lot and all the best,
Holger
