[Microbiology] Transport of a Bacterial strain from an Indian University to a Korean University

Hello,

I would like to know something regarding transport of a *Bacterial
strain*from an
*Indian University to a Korean University *for research purpose.

My quarries are:

1)      Is it possible to send the cultures?

2)       If so what is the legal procedure to be followed from both the
sides.

Note that-Culture will be used only for research purpose.
