[Microbiology] need help-how to make bacterial mass inoculum

hi

can you please tell me how to make bacterial culture in tub.
actually, i will have to raise 5ltr of bacterial culture mass
inoculum (Nutrient Broth)  in a tub for field application.
so, if you have any idea about this
please share with me
