[Microbiology] USP61 preparatory test

Hello Dr.Davin C. Enigl 

I just read some of the facts that were discussed for preparatory test
requirement for USP 61. Is it the same as USP 1227.I fond them very
interesting. We have followed USP 1227 and >70% organisms recovered in
neutralizer efficacy and neutralizer toxicity using determined test
dilution and now we have to test for USP 61. Do we have to do
preparatory testing again as mentioned in USP 61.Please let me know at
your earliest.
