Dear Colleagues
I plan to use transposon mutagenesis to study the regulation of chitinase operon in a natural isolate of Bacillus pumilus which is very similar to B.subtilis in biochemical characters.
Does anybody have an experience in this field? Is there any good kit which has worked before for you?
