Hi,
I m having a problem with amylase zymogram analysis. Although i had
positive result on plate (starch in agar, dropped 30 microlitre partially
purified enzyme), i could not get any positive result on gel( both sds and
native gel).
Can anyone please advise me a protocol, at least for renaturation of enzyme.
