[Microbiology] Creating temperature sensitive mutants

Hello,

I' ve just red Yours massage. I' m looking for any knowledge about sensitive temperature mutants,too. 

I would create some mutants that have mutation in concrete gene (it codes some enzyme) of Acetobacter.

Do You know any literature about design temperature mutants? Could You help me? I' m waiting for an answer, best regards,
