Hi!
What is the effectiveness of plasmid transfer from E. coli to Dictyostelium.
I am trying to save myself time from having to re-synthesize new vector with
my target protein! If plasmid transfer is likely then I can save myself
time.
If you've done it before, could you share some advice on how to enhance for
this transfer?
