Dear friends

I am a bit confused... I am not a basic microbiologist... Kindly help
me....When I performed AFM (atomic force microscopy) on some Aspergillus
niger spores, I get 100-400 nm spherical particles. However as far as I
know, A. niger spores are 2-5 micrometer in size... Can somebody tell me,
which stage of Aspergillus niger lifecycles is this ? Which spores are these
? Conidia, conidiospores...? I will appreciate, if you can kindly send me
sizes of all the structures present in Aspergillus niger.

Warm regards

Vipul
