Our institution is working in a research that involves Microcyclus ulei
isolation, it causes sudamerican leaf blight (SALB), we obtain isolates
from this pathogen, but after the inicial isolates the pathogen become
stromata, we appreciate if someone can help us with a solution, we have
two questions:
1- Are there any methodologies to induce micelial growing from stomata?
2- How can we avoid fungus become stromata and after it, how keep a
micelial growing or induce it?
We'll really appreciate any help to solve this problem, any help is
welcome!
