I've come up with an inexpensive gel documentation system that you can
put together for about US$250 - if you're handy with tools.
Essentially, you have to build a box and use a Canon Powershot A520
digital camera. The cost of this system does not include the computer
(Win or Mac) or transilluminator. I have posted a presentation file in
