The membrane protein (or OMP better) of bacteria is wanted to run a 2D
electrphoresis
a step of centrifuge at more than 100,000g is incorporated in most
protocals. While we don't have such high speed device.
Can anybody give me some other protocal without such super high speed
centrifuge.
