Hi there!
Was wondering if someone might be able to shed some light on a little
problem I'm having at the moment..
I'm trying to find a suitable, high copy number plasmid for the expression
of T7 RNA polymerase in E-Coli, (Minus the 6-His tag and associated probems
that entails)
Any help would be appriciated!
