hi , can anyone please tell me how to devise an enrichment medium for the culture of non fastidious facultatively acidophilic prokaryote able to fix atmospheric dinitrogen at 15c .where can we find such inoculum and what culture ingredients are reuired and what are the growth requirements. thanks,
