I'd be surprised if LB was much different after one day storage.
However, I would note that room temperature storage is probably more
common than refrigerator.

Note that if there is any difference, it might be for the better or
for worse. There is no logical reason why, if they differ, it is
predictable which would be better. If you are growing some finicky bug
and think media freshness might be an issue, try things -- with an
open mind.
