Version 8.3 of Seqtools is released.
Seqtools is a comprehensive win32 program package for basic nucleotide and
protein sequence analysis. The features include unattended, robust batch
blasting at Genbank (up to 30.000 seqs in a single job reported by some
users), a range of advanced features for handling and analysis of search
results, a new export option for data transfer to excel spreadsheets plus
several hundred other trivial and advanced functions.
Seqtools has some 2.000 registred users comprising an active and critical
testing panel. You can download and try Seqtools at www.seqtools.dk
