We're looking at buying some new uv/vis specs soon, and I'm looking at
the options at the moment... does anyone know if there's a spec in which
continuous growth curves can be measured and plotted, rather than taking
an aliquot and measuring it at intervals? The bugs we need to measure
need to be stirred and grown at particular temperatures, too, which
complicates things. I think they exist, but I've never used one and I
dont know who makes them.
