RBC are not that big (around 6 to 10 um), lipid are not hydrosoluble,
anyway something clogged my .45um even if I use 20um prefilter. Today I
will try a 10 and a 5 um prefilter. I'll be back with results...
It is for medical use, but most of tissue bank inoculate 1 ml of this
solution in a broth, but USP recommand to test a minimum of 10% of
total volume (in this case the transport solution is 500ml). And the
volume of sample inoculated has to be 10% of the culture media
volume... So if i want to inoculate directly in broth, i should
inoculate 50 ml in 500ml of culture media, and it's too much...
