Hi, everybody
I am trying to tag my protein with an HA tag, and put it under an inducible
promoter (low or medium level expression preferred) and express it in E.
coli. Does anybody know if there is any vector out there that I can use to
make such a fusion? I am thinking of putting it into pET28 vector without
making the His-tag fusion, but I am a liitle concerned that the induction
with IPTG might be a little bit high. I would appreciate it if anybody has
some suggestions for me. Thanks!
