Hi eveyone,
Im an undergraduate from Staffordshire University working on my final year
project. I just wanted to confirm that the best method for the breaking open
of fungal spores (sp. Conidiobolus) for the purpose of DNA extraction would
be to use a ball mill?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
