Depending upon where you live in the world,  chicken feed MIGHT contain
'meat and bone meal' from cows.  The more likely it is for BSE (mad cow
disease) to be in a country the LESS likely it is that this will happen.

Cows with clinical  BSE are excluded from slaughter and processing so they
will never end up as feed.  And the BSE agent is not found in tissues such
as meat (ie the muscles).

So it is totally wrong to suggest that feed is ever 'laced with infected cow
meat'
