Hi, all
I tagged a protein with TAP tag. Now I tried to detect the fusion protein
by detecting the CBP(calmodulin binding peptide) part of the tag using
Western. Is there a CBP antibody commercially available??
I already tried to use biotinylated calmodulin to detect it, but the western
sucks, lots of background and I can't see my band. Does anybody have any
suggestions?
