Howdy all. I'm new to the whole newsgroup thing, but I thought I'd give it
a try. I'm a graduate student at BYU, working with Dr. Robert Seegmiller on
his continuing osteoarthritis studies. Anyway, I'm trying to put together a
protocol for immunostaining of degraded proteoglycans in the articular
cartilcage of mouse knee joints. All the literature I've read refers to a
preliminary incubation with chondroitinase ABC to remove chondroitin sulfate
and allow the antibody better access to the degradation neoepitopes. I
haven't been able to locate a protocol for this yet though. Does anyone
have a suggestion as to where I could find one? Many thanks.
