Media for Yeast & Mould Analysis

I need to test for yeast and mould (by filtration) in an alcoholic beverage.
Does anyone know if PDA, SDA or Rose Bengal would be adequate for incubating
the filter on? Or perhaps there is a specific formulation that should be
used with this kind of beverage.

Also, for a total bacterial count, would TSA be good or should I use another
media type.
