ASM (American Society for Microbiology) publishes job vacancies in
their monthly magazine for members, ASM News (and now on their web
site). That would probably be a "high prestige" place to post. Whether
it is international enough is for your folks to decide. Membership is
international -- tho I can't be more specific. You might have your
dept contact them and talk about it.
