Hi All, Proteinal is a product which is used for microbial fermentation as cheap source of nitrogen in France, my understanding is that it's a byproduct of some industrial process. Did anyone have experience with it? I would appreciate if someone could post info on it, ideally where it comes from, compostion, pH, etc. Novice
