Former Virginia governor James Gilmore, Chair of the Congressional Advisory Commission on Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction, will keynote the second BioDefense Mobilization Conference & Exhibition. The Gilmore Commission was established by Congress in 1999 to assess federal, state, and local governments' capability to respond to terrorist attacks. Black Hawk Down hero, Col.
