Former Virginia governor James Gilmore, Chair of the Congressional Advisory Commission on Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction, will keynote the second BioDefense Mobilization Conference & Exhibition. The Gilmore Commission was established by Congress in 1999 to assess federal, state, and local governments' capability to respond to terrorist attacks. Black Hawk Down hero, Col. Danny McKnight, will join Gov. Gilmore in opening the program.
