Bacterial identification & colony counting from a mixture of 5 different bacteria

I agree with Emir. You are not going to be able to differentiate and count
these bacteria easily in mixed culture on one plate.

The Streps. all look alike, and the L. casei colonies would look similar to
them anyway.

 The Actinomyces sp you might be able to differentiate by colony morphology,
but you have a situation where you've got organisms that like CO2 and are
happy in oxygen, and a strict anaerobe.

 At a guess you are going to need at least three different media, and you
might need to design them, or genetically modify some of the organisms.
