Hello
I have problems with the integration vector pCL84. Has anyone used this
vector with success? I have tried to get this system to work, but I
haven't got any colonies from the electroporation of RN4220 with
pYL112delta19. Not even with the plain vector. Do you have any helpful
hints for me?
