As one of the reactions of degradation/fermentation of nitrogen compounds,
this reaction is catalyzed by glycine reductase complex, that deaminates
glycine and transfers phosphate on the remaining acetyl residue. You can
check it in e.g. Michal's "Biochemical Pathways", or "Bacterial Metabolism"
by G.Gottschalk, as well as Schlegel's General Microbiology.
