How to remove inviable dead cells in tissue culturing

Hi Eddie

You may want to try spinning your cells over a Ficoll-Paque gradient. I've
done this in the past to clean up BLCL cultures. If your cells are not
human, there are other, similar products you can use (check out Cedarlane
Laboratories).

Good luck!
