i am not sure if it is relevant. But being in the desalination business, i
have come across a new pretreatment technique known as MPCO or Membrane
Photo Catalytic Oxidation. A paper was presented in the just concluded IDA
(International Desalination Association) conference 2001. This pretreatment
method basically uses uv light to destroy bacteria. You may contact A/P
