Microbiology Teaching Postdoctoral Fellow Position

A Microbiology teaching postdoctoral fellow position is available
immediately in the Botany and Microbiology Department at the University
of Oklahoma. Responsibilities include teaching in introductory level
Microbiology courses and perhaps developing and teaching a course in the
fellow’s area of specialization. In addition, this fellow will help
re-design the laboratories for several core Microbiology courses and
help advise Microbiology majors. Excellent teaching skills are required
as well as a sound knowledge of and experience with a variety of
laboratory techniques. In addition, experience with inquiry-oriented
instruction and computer-based instruction is highly desirable. Full
