I'm just wondering if anyone reading this has heard of any infection of mice
with MPV1 or MPV1c. I am currently doing an honours project on the
aforementioned topic and would like to know if there has been any visible
signs of infection between generations of infected mice. Also, has anyone
tried to culture the virus in vivo. If so, what cell lines are optimal to be
used. Has anyone used PCR to detect the virus? What primer sequence are used
to obtain the target fragment?
