Sorry, I don't know where to get one, but I also have been looking a
commercial antibody to the DNA binding region of the lac repressor
for some time. If anyone knows of a non-commercial source for a lac i
antibody, or of a company who will make a batch of it given a large
enough order, please let me know. I am expressing a lac fragment in
plants and need to check expression levels on western blots, so a
polyclonal would be fine.
